J. P. STORY
Bro. Story recently celebrated 30 years as pastor at McLeod Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church. Before pastoring in McLeod, he served as pastor at Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Dublin, TX for seven years. He holds local, general, and ordination licenses with the United Pentecostal Church International.
Bro. Story has been a speaker and teacher at Texas District youth camps, as well as being a special speaker at camp meetings across our fellowship. He continues to preach conferences, anniversary services, and special services.
He has served on Texas District’s Harvesting Committee and Youth Committee, where he was chosen Youth President of the Year for the Texas District in 1986. He served on the Jackson College of Ministries Board of Directors and served as Presbyter of Section 1 for four years until being elected the Texas District Superintendent in April 2019.
TEXAS DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT
Bro. Jordan Grindle serves as the District Secretary-Treasurer. Prior to his election as Secretary, he served as the Pastor of Calvary Tabernacle in Alto, TX for 10 years. He also served the district as the Youth President from 2015 to 2023.
Bro. Grindle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Diploma of Theology from Texas Bible College.
Bro. Grindle met his wife, Laura, at Texas Bible College, and they were married in 2014. They have 4 beautiful children: Payton, Baylor, Jentry, and Marli.
